Please note that we CANNOT accept any family bookings with children under the age of 12 due to insurance compliance, health & safety issues.
All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday .

Terms and Conditions
Discounted rates offered for 4 or more consecutive weeks.
To make a reservation 1/3rd of the total cost of your reservation (rent & £250 damages deposit) due immediately you reserve your holiday booking.
The balance 2/3rd payment is due 12 weeks prior to your stay.
Reservations cannot be held for more than 3 days without payment. This payment is non-refundable & non-transferable if you cancel your booking. A booking form & payment procedure will be e-mailed to you with full terms & conditions explained. Please read all the conditions and booking details carefully before making payment and booking flights.

BEFOR BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS please note that the CHECK-IN time on day of ARRIVAL is after 13:30hrs to ensure the apartments are fully prepared ready for your arrival.
THE CHECK-OUT time on day of DEPARTURE is EARLY MORNING NO LATER than 10:00hrs to allow for servicing before next client arrival . All bookings run only from SAT to SAT.
Important
We cannot accept any bookings with children UNDER the age of 12 years due to Insurance compliance ( the terraces are close to the cliff edge).
The MAXIMUM number of adults accepted for a booking is 4 per Apartment.
If you have a larger party (up to 9 max), then we can offer both apartments (subject to availability).
The apartments interconnect at the rear of the property via a spiral staircase that continues on all three levels of the property.
A gate dividing the two ground floor & upper levels can be unlocked & access fully available for the entire house & use of a total of 5 bedrooms.
